In case of online download, the report will be delivered to you online/by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
In case of physical delivery of the print copy of the report, we will courier the report within 3 working days from the date of the receipt of payment. Hardcopy delivery incurs an additional charge of €50.

We absolutely never share your data with any third parties and you will always be able to unsubscribe easily, using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter email.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

Under General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 if the personal data that you store about you has been compromised in any form we will report the breach to the DPC (Data Protection Officer) within 72 hours.

If a data breach is likely to bring harm to you the ‘individual’ (such as identity theft or breach of confidentiality) you will also be notified.
